LeaderTask is a simple and convenient case management service. It will help you make a to-do list for a day /week/month, assign tasks to projects, divide tasks into subtasks, set reminders for important tasks, attach documents to them, assign tasks to employees and much more.

The service has applications for the main platforms: Windows, Mac, Android, iPad, iPhone. A free account allows you to:

• Use the basic functionality of the program for as long as you want (without time limit).

• Create tasks, subtasks and notes (up to 100), labels (up to 3), projects (up to 10), as well as colors for tasks (up to 3).

• Create an hourly schedule of the day by placing tasks on a timeline.

• Work with the program without an Internet connection.

• Update the program to new versions.

If you wish, you can switch to a Premium account (alternative name: Premium edition). It allows you to use even richer functionality of the LiderTask service. Premium Account Features:

• All the features of a free account.

• Create an unlimited number of tasks, subtasks and notes, labels, projects, as well as colors for tasks.

• Store data in the cloud (tasks, notes, files, contacts...).

• To have access to data from any device (Windows computers, Mac computers, smartphones and tablets running Android, as well as from iPhone and iPad), this allows you to have the same task list on all devices.

• Create data backups.

• Export projects.

• Print task lists, task contents, and hourly schedules of the day.

• Create and edit filters.

• Use task filtering.

• Use the task search.

• Attach files to tasks, notes.

• Make tasks repetitive.

• Sort tasks (a constantly working rule).

• Convert emails into tasks.

You can also switch to a Business account (alternative name: editorial office "Business"). It allows you to use the functionality of the LiderTask service for teamwork. Business Account Features:

• All the features of a Premium account.

• Assign tasks to friends and colleagues (they should also have a Leaderboard installed on smartphones/tablets/computers).

• Discuss assigned tasks (each task has a built-in chat where the customer and the contractor can correspond).

• Open access to personal projects and tasks (if friends and colleagues also use LeadeRboard and you open access to a specific project for them, they will be able to see a list of tasks inside the project, discuss them in a chat and add new tasks; or a task, in which case you can manage common tasks without having to assign them).

You can switch from a Premium or Business account to a free account at any time. At the same time, all additional Premium or Business functions will no longer be available. Of course, you will not lose access to your data (tasks, notes, projects...) and will be able to continue working with them.
